I went to this restaurant that just opened in July because I heard they offer all-you-can-eat raw and grilled oysters.

Reservations are required, so I called the day before to make one! Seating is limited to two hours, with the all-you-can-eat option lasting 60 minutes.

The restaurant has a lot of partitions, so you don't have to worry about others around you as much as a regular izakaya.

You can choose your favorite oysters from the cooler, which feels like a treasured treasure and is very exciting.

I wonder if they only have one type of oyster? They use oysters that can be eaten raw, so it's up to you whether you want to grill them or eat them raw.

If you want to eat them raw, you can shuck them yourself on the spot, and since it's cheap, I was a little nervous, but it was surprisingly delicious!

They also serve sushi, so I ordered salmon. As you'd expect from a seafood izakaya, the ingredients were very fresh. ✨

The only problem I had was that the oysters were difficult to shuck, so I couldn't eat most of the raw oysters.

I couldn't shuck a single one lol.

So I just grilled them and ate as many as I could!

It takes a long time to cook the oysters, so if you can't shuck them, you might not get your money's worth.

Oysters are delicious, and I think the contents are interesting!
