We are an agricultural corporation that produces rice and vegetables in Tottori City, Tottori Prefecture.

We established the corporation in 2012 and started our activities. Initially, we worked on three themes: "fixed varieties," "organic farming (outdoor cultivation)," and "large-scale production," but this failed. We removed "fixed varieties" from the theme. After that, we narrowed down our cultivation to komatsuna and cultivated a total of 20ha per year. We tried to find the cause of the failure by incorporating BLOF theory and other scientific viewpoints, but the recent abnormal weather has had a big impact, and we have withdrawn from "organic farming". Currently, we have shifted our focus to rice cultivation, placing emphasis on "suitable land for suitable crops". We are also promoting farmland consolidation with a goal of 1000ha.

We feel that the agricultural information that is overflowing in the streets is often disconnected from the actual situation and needs on the ground. On this YouTube channel, we distribute videos with the concept of "making videos that we farmers really want to see and know about".

We're TREE&NORF, a professional farmer in Japan, producing rice, and vegetables. "Quality", "Science", and "Sustainability" are important things in our business. We'll make a food-productivity-model that can take over to our next generation. On YouTube, we want to have a relationship with the world farmer beyond any wall of language, farming culture/method, and prejudice.
