• マインドフルネス 8週間プログラム
This program is based on the 8-week program that Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, an advocate of mindfulness meditation, conducts at his own clinic, and is a program that Akira Watamoto has independently reconstructed so that even busy people or those who are highly stressed can practice it.
You can practice every day and move on to the next week's program, or you can practice for 6 days and take a day off, or you can do the same week's program as you like.
It is also effective to participate in an 8-week seminar held by someone who has received special training in the program.

*Those who are recovering from an illness should consult with their doctor before practicing.
*Rather than doing it correctly, we value the "awareness" that comes with each moment.
