How come all these chicks were black?
I put several eggs from our alien hens and Blackbeard into the incubator to see whether these chickens would turn out nice, but unfortunately all the baby chicks came out black. A couple of the chicks had white on their belly and chest, but that was it. I think we need to get more colorful chicks soon.
