Ingredients

3 tbsp gelatin powder (1 tbsp per mixture)

1 ½ cups liquid (divided):

½ cup water 💧

1 cup milk 🥛


4–6 tbsp grape molasses (shirah angur) 🍇

Optional: Natural food coloring or fruit juice for added flavor 🍓

Instructions

1. Prepare Three Separate Mixtures

Mixture 1: In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp gelatin, ½ cup water, and 2 tbsp grape molasses. Stir well until smooth.

Mixture 2: In another bowl, mix 1 tbsp gelatin, ½ cup milk, and 2 tbsp grape molasses.

Mixture 3: Mix 1 tbsp gelatin with ½ cup milk. Sweeten with molasses if desired.


2. Steam the Mixtures

Place each bowl over a pot of boiling water (double boiler method). Stir continuously until the gelatin dissolves completely and the mixture is smooth.


3. Combine and Chill

Pour the prepared mixtures into molds or a shallow dish in layers or patterns as desired.

Place in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours to set.


4. Cut and Serve

Once firm, cut into your preferred gummy shapes or remove from molds.
