Has anyone ever said that you are ‘lazy’? Shiori was diagnosed with Orthostatic Dysregulation in 3rd grade, and was often misunderstood to be a lazy person who was frequently late or absent for school. She talks about her condition with passion, hoping to increase the amount of people who understand the illness better.
Shiori is a hard-working student, who is strong-willed and doesn’t give up easily. She does not let her condition be an excuse and puts in as much effort as she can in completing school assignments. It’s not easy to be so open about your health condition, but Shiori makes it sound so simple. She hopes her speech encourages others to treat people differently.
