This is the pre-bedtime version, so please listen in your preferred sleeping environment.
It's suitable for all positions, including back, side, and stomach, and it's okay to turn over in bed.
Lighting your favorite sleep-inducing aroma will help you fall into a deeper sleep.

What is Yoga Nidra?
This is a classic yoga meditation technique. It can be practiced simply by lying down and listening to guidance, making it recommended for beginners.
It was only in the 20th century that it was fully established as a system. By sequentially addressing the 5+1 layers of the body, from the physical body to the subtle essence of the self (atman), it has evolved into an excellent technique that allows for easy yet profound sensations.
