🍳 Recipes

【Nasu no Agebitashi 🍆 / Fried Eggplant in Dashi】
– 3 eggplants
– 10 shishito peppers
– 800ml dashi
– 4 tbsp mirin
– 6 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp sugar

【Carrot Salad with Amanatsu】
– 1 carrot
– 1 small amanatsu orange
– Mint (to taste)
– 1 tbsp citrus or lemon juice
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2 tsp sugar
– 1 tsp mustard
– 2 tbsp olive oil

【Lemon Cake 🍋】
– 60g butter
– 60g sugar
– 1 egg
– 90g cake flour
– 20g almond flour
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 3 tbsp milk
– 1 lemon (zest & juice)
・Icing:
– 30g powdered sugar
– 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
