🌍 Our round-the-world trip has finally begun!
Our memorable first day of city walking begins in Varanasi, India's "holy city"!

Actually, before we left, my mom heard about the real situation in India...
She told me about gang rape, a global issue, and cultural differences in attitudes toward women,
and repeatedly insisted that we definitely take a tour at least the first time.

So this time, as a special treat, we're taking a 15-hour local tour from early morning to late night!
From a morning Ganges River cruise to a visit to the crematorium, a tour of temples, an evening pilgrimage ritual, and even a tour of a silk factory closed to the public...
We'll spend the entire day experiencing the charms of Varanasi. ✨

Actually, this is my first time taking a "full-day tour," so I'm super excited!
Hearing directly from the locals was more real and fascinating than any of the scenery.

Let's get started with a cruise on the sacred Ganges River! 🚤✨

Although this tour was called a tour...
It didn't go exactly as planned! LOL
Even when I asked, "Where are we going next?" or "What are you doing now?",
the guide just kept saying, "I'll explain when we get there." 😂
But even that, it felt like an adventure and was fun lol

I was spending the whole time with locals, so I asked tons of questions! ✍️
It felt more like a real class than sightseeing!
