1 large bag Doritos
2 cups Cheddar - grated
2 cups Monterey Jack - grated
2 Jalapeños - diced
2 large Tomato - diced
1 red onion - diced
Cilantro - chopped plus reserve some for garnish
Valentina’s Mexican hot sauce
Avocado - diced
Boneless Chicken thigh seasoned with taco seasoning then seared heavily on both sides.
Ground beef same seasoning as chicken, cook until meat is fully browned.
